Amanda Righetti

Amanda Elizabeth Righetti, an American actress and Producer. She was famous for playing the role of special agent Grace Van Pelt in CBS"police procedural" drama "The Mentalist.". Righetti was born in Utah and always wanted to sing. She began to dance when she was just four years old. In 1995 she made her major screen debut by starring in the movie 'Love and Happiness'. She debuted on the small screen by appearing as a guest actor in CBS"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation'. Righetti's career began as a model at the age of 14. When she moved from Los Angeles, Righetti continued to appear in small parts on Fox's teen drama "The O.C.'. Righetti has also played important roles in the slasher movie "Friday the 13th", the Marvel superhero film 'Captain USA: The First Avenger', Fox's soap opera North Shore, as well as the drama series "Reunion'. Between 2008 and 2015, she portrayed Grace Van Pelt in 'The Mentalist', earning reviews for her performance. Righetti recently portrayed Madeline Kenner on USA Network's sci-fi drama "Colony".
